Detached bungalow in pretty Broadland village, located mid-way between the mediaeval town of Norwich and the seaside resort of Gt Yarmouth. Situated on a quiet lane just 10 minute's walk from South Walsham Broad. Offers one double bedroom with Tea/Coffee making facilities, colour TV and hairdryer, and private bathroom. An ideal base for exploring the picturesque Broadland area.

(We can also accommodate one or two children on single futons in an adjacent double bedroom, sharing the same bathroom, for the family price of £65 per night)

Directions:

From Norwich follow A47 (Norwich East/Gt Yarmouth). After 8 miles or so there is section of single carriageway/
50mph speed limit, and then road becomes dual carriageway again.
Take the next left, signposted South Walsham/Fairhaven Water Gardens. Follow the road for about a mile and take the right turn (again signposted South Walsham/Fairhaven Water Gardens) to the T Junction (Kings Arms Chinese Restaurant on the left).
Turn right into The Street, South Walsham. Take the left turn after The Ship PH, into School Road, and left again after the telephone box into Broad Lane.
Leeward is on the left, and there is a half-moon parking layby in front of the bungalow.
